Politicians, unless there is something in
our forsaken Constitution I am not aware of; they are to be voted in by
INDIVIDUALS residing in the district they will be representing. We all live in a
variety of districts starting with our town, county, state and the country as a
whole. Should someone from another town, county or state or country be able to
elect representatives whose actions directly affect you?
Reason dictates, only the INDIVIDUALS
residing in said district should be allowed to finance candidates for public
office campaigns. Believe it or not, they are not elected to take up the cause
of one business, organization, group, race etc. etc. as opposed to another.
Consequently, businesses, groups, organizations etc. etc. should not be allowed
to contribute to their campaigns. We’re not talking about freedom of speech;
we’re talking about blackmail and bribery. Consider the money spent on campaigns
from people or organizations outside your district whose goal it is to buy what
should be, your representative. Do you honestly believe that in today's America
this money is spent for the “good of the community or communities as a
whole?”
The amount individuals contribute to a
campaign should be limited to say $1,000.00 to avoid temptation on the part of
the candidate and only registered voters should be allowed to contribute. The
media should be compelled to give equal time to all candidates rather than be in
a position to influence politics to achieve their own agenda. This time should
be tax free. Politicians have so twisted our thinking, we believe, if we buy
one, we’ll be able to get something we want. FOOLS, the only way they can do
something FOR you is to first do something TO you. Soon the bidding gets so
high, as it is today, INDIVIDUALS (you and I), we no longer can expect justice
as we can’t afford to buy what use to be, OUR Representatives. Other than our
“contribution” on April 15th, we don’t count. If our political
“Judicial/Legislative” system tells us this approach would be a violation of
their definition the First Amendment, then I would be forced to concede we have
to submit candidates to temptation, with the following restrictions. All monies
spent by businesses, groups, and organizations etc. etc. would go directly to
pay for whatever promotion they chose to engage in. NONE of the funds should be
cycled through the candidate, his or her party, PAC committee or any other
entity the candidate has a relationship with. Said promotion would carry this
legend (WE ARE RECOMMENDING THIS CANDIDATE BECAUSE WE FEEL THEIR AGENDA WILL
IMPACT OUR AGENDA IN A POSITIVE WAY), or something along those lines.
A breach of this law would be classed as a
Class A felony punishable by not less than five years in prison and $500,000
fine for the candidate and anyone else involved. Remember, these candidates are
seeking a position that will give them power/control over your lives, liberties,
and properties.
All this criminal nonsense about using
public funds, limiting amounts, hard money, soft money, TAX money, counterfeit
money, foreign money, laundered money etc. is nothing more than a con by people
who have found they can buy some of us to the detriment of others. As their
employer; can you actually buy this garbage? Pontius Pilate asked, “What is
truth?” Our Leaders say “Let us so confound truth, the fools that let us fleece
them term after term, they won’t know what it is so they cannot hold us
accountable to it.”
Bare in mind, it wasn’t always this way. It
use to be we looked at government as something to protect life, liberty and
property and provide and maintain an infrastructure for our mutual advantage;
nothing more. We never even considered it to be a source of wealth to us to the
detriment of others and never voted for people who were willing to use the power
associated with the office to gain power and profit over us. As we have set
morality (The Creators Code of Conduct for self-government and government in
union with others) aside for amorality ( a Code of Conduct free of the moral
restraints) we have simultaneously put in power many, I dare say a majority, of
people who govern themselves in this same manner. They are for sale to the
highest bidder. In today’s America, if they weren’t, they probably could not get
elected. That does not mean there are not a few pockets in America where the
populations still, to some extent, exercise moral restraint. On the other hand,
many of us who call ourselves moral, don’t even know that morality is God’s code
of conduct for action and interaction; no one else's.
