Education...

As Americans, we should be learning about Government; not taught by it.

Lets start at the beginning as the history of education tells you how and what must be done to achieve those heights of enlightenment you want for yourself and your children. Through out early history, education was confined to the ruling classes (Command Class) as they felt that if the people could read and write, then they would not be so inclined to accept their role as (lesser beings) whose function it was to do the bidding of their lords. Then, with the invention of the printing press, books started to be published in volume and they started to find their way into the hands of the lesser beings. Laws (rules of action) were passed prohibiting the lesser beings from possessing them, frequently carrying the death penalty. As it became harder and harder to keep books out of the lesser beings hands, the Command Class shifted its position and decided it would be easier to decide what books the lesser beings could read than prohibit books in total. Books were only available that would not cause the lesser beings to challenge the authority of the Command Class but instead, accept their respective roles as right and proper. This idea flourished up until the time of the Reformation. King James had his version of the bible written; not to enlighten the people about their equality with each other, but to prove the divine right of Kings. Even though he was a benevolent King, it backfired.

The first settlers to our shores were people persecuted by the Command Class because they would not accept the idea they were lesser beings. They came with their tools and their books including the King James Bible. Possessing the zeal and liberty to enlighten themselves they started accomplishing things beyond any of their wildest imaginations. In 1620, Dr. Harvard started his university by donating one half of his Estate and his entire library to the cause. "Rules, and Precepts that are observed in the college…Let every Student be plainly instructed, and earnestly pressed to consider well, the maine end of his life and studies is, to know God and Jesus Christ which is eternal life, John 17:3 and therefore to lay Christ in the bottome, as the only foundation of all found knowledge and learning…" Taken from a letter dated Boston, Sept. 26, 1642 that related to Harvard’s foundational principles. "Christo et Ecclesle" heads the ancient seal of Harvard College.

Schooling was the delight of parents and children. The quest for enlightenment and freedom to be enlightened led to accomplishments in America unknown in the Old World. Schools were frequently in the churches as these structures were best suited to do both moral and intellectual instruction as they ran hand in hand. There was no such thing as a government school. The settlers had had a taste of the Command Classes "educational" system and concluded that government was the opinion of the people in power and no one would be permitted to learn anything that would in any way counter that opinion.

When the Constitution was written, it was no accident that they made no reference whatsoever to education. The Founders knew full well the inherent dangers arising out of government schools. Their successes had taught them that leaving the education of their progeny to the loving care of parents and the local community would lead to the development of minds far more advanced than their own. After all, what parent worth his salt would not delight in seeing his offspring advance to heights far above their own. The schools were for enlightenment in the arts and sciences, true art and science having their origin with God. The church was for developing moral character so that intellectual enlightenment would be used for good, not evil, as it all to often is today. Teachers respected that and were expected to be possessed of a moral character themselves that would be a role model for their students, not a contradiction as people knew full well you cannot separate spiritual and intellectual enlightenment and enjoy liberty, a gift of God. The spirit guides the intellect.

Benjamin Franklin stated…." I think with you, that nothing is of more importance for the public weal, than to form and train up youth in WISDOM AND VIRTUE. Wise and good men are, in my opinion, the strength of the state; more so than riches or arms… I think also, that general virtue is more probable to be expected and obtained from the education of youth, than from the exhortations of adult persons; bad habits and vices of the mind being, like diseases of the body, more easily prevented in youth, than cured in adults. I

think, moreover, that talents for the education of youth are the gift of God."

In 1828, Noah Webster published his "American Dictionary of the English Language." He knew a people’s character and ethics would be formed by how they interpreted words. Conscience comes in conflict with a man’s natural nature. His choices originate with his discipline to the one or succumbing to the other. Given the opportunity to be free from the restraints of conscience by relegating out of his thought process, words that arouse conscience, he would become a being without moral restraint. Mr. Webster’s Dictionary interpreted words to a point conscience would have the upper hand in the make up of character. For instance, ethics was defined as follows…"The Doctrines of Morality or Social manners." The American Heritage dictionary circa 1980 defines ethics…"A principle of right or good character". No connection to morality or any other foundational word. Henry Grady Weaver, the author of "The Mainspring of Human Progress" writes…

The enemies of freedom are on the march. Their major attack is not on the battlefield. It is in the fifth-column technique of skillfully boring from with in – a program of infiltration and attrition.

The principal secret weapon is traceable to Lenin, who allegedly instructed his followers to first confuse the vocabulary. Lenin was smart. He knew that thinking can only be done in words and that accurate thinking requires words of precise meaning. Confuse the vocabulary and the unsuspecting are at a disadvantage when defending themselves against the small but highly disciplined minority which knows exactly what it wants and deliberately promotes word-confusion as the first step in its efforts to divide and conquer.

Lenin was an able strategist, and his instructions have borne fruit. There are evidences of it on every side. The result is the communication of logical thought has become increasingly difficult, until today we are living in a world of sugar-coated fallacies, cliches, false meanings, and double talk.

Consider Clinton’s definition of the word "is" and Bush’s definition of "truth."

In 1831, Alexis De Tocqueville, when he visited the U.S. from France, made the following observations about education and the educated in America…."The observer who is desirous of forming an opinion on the state of instruction among the Anglo-Americans must consider the same object from two different points of view. If he singles out only the learned, he will be astonished as to how few they are: but if he counts the

ignorant, the American people will appear to be the most enlightened in the world…"

Of the pioneers he said…"everything about him is primitive and wild, but he is himself the results of the labor and experience of EIGHTEEN CENTURIES."

He went on to say such things as …"it cannot be doubted that in the U.S. the instruction of the people powerfully contributes to the support of the Republic; and such must always be the case, I believe, where the instruction which enlightens the UNDERSTANDING IS NOT SEPERATED FROM THE MORAL EDUCATION…." From Democracy in America…Alexis De Tocqueville

These five points were taught in schools. They gave recognition to the concept of separation of church and state, NOT GOD AND COUNTRY which is the objective of the RELIGIOUS FANATICS making up the Socialist/Humanist Command Class that have wrested control of America.

1- There exists a Creator who made all things, and mankind should recognize and

worship Him.

2- The Creator has revealed a moral code of behavior for happy living which

distinguishes right from wrong.

3- The Creator holds mankind responsible for the way they treat each other.

4- All mankind live beyond this life.

5- In the next life mankind is judged for its conduct in this life.

This is not offensive to anyone except the Humanist man gods in control of government, hell bent on making the State the Church (source); replacing God as the Source

In the 1850’s the Pedagogue Horace Mann came on the scene. He was the person who orchestrated the idea that it was the government’s obligation to "teach" the children. He got some sympathetic ears in government to go along with him and government schools, for the first time, came on the American scene (they’re not public schools in that even people who attend private schools are part of the public). In Massachusetts, I believe, parents were so outraged by the law forcing them to send their children to government schools; they had to call out the National Guard to force them to comply.

Mann is the one who can be "credited" with redefining America as a Democracy instead of a Republic. Not to get off track, but people have not been taught the difference between a DEMOCRACY and the DEMOCRATIC PROCESS as not knowing, fits the Socialist agenda. A Democracy consists of man gods (self-right people who see their will and appetite as the definition of right). One example would be a lynch mob; might makes right, or two sheep and a wolf voting on what’s for lunch. It isn’t necessarily numbers; it’s who holds the reins of power. The Democratic process however can be used by right thinking people or self- right thinking people to pick their representatives. One picks the most qualified leader to function UNDER THE LAW while the other, picks the worst amongst them to be the SOURCE OF THE LAW a TYRANT. Karl Marx, who entered the pages of history at the same time as Mann stated "We must win the battle of Democracy", not Communism. He also said "The first thing necessary to control a people is to separate them from their heritage."

Mann and Marx’s ideas started to take hold. The "new american leader," a person with much intellect but void of moral restraint; by promising us things we were and are not entitled to, like the fruits of another mans labor, was starting to gain more and more power. At the turn of the century pedagogues like Dewey, Chase, Pierce etc. came on the scene of history. The teaching of the three "R’s" gave way to Progessive Education (Indoctrination). Charles Pierce stated…"the universe as a whole is open-ended (Godless)…If there is no fixed nature (absolutes) of anything or any enduring order, then it must be possible to reshape man and the world about us ACCORDING TO OUR WILLS. Dewey called for "MODIFICATION’ of traditional ideals of culture, traditional subjects of study and traditional methods of teaching and discipline ("spare the rod and spoil the child"…teaching Biblical principles and ethics, they must all go)…the schools will surely …share in the building of the social order of the future…they will of necessity …take an active part in determining the social order." Stuart Chase stated…"Should the Russians (communist) have all the FUN in remaking the world." Progressive Indoctrination" has as its goal the creation of a being that is an animal in human form, willing to accept leadership like Lenin, Stalin, Clinton, Bush etc. It should be noted, Dewey taught at Columbia University around the turn of the last century. He often bragged that he had "taught" over 35,000 students to become teachers (clones) to his philosophy. Needless to say, knowing no better they went out and taught what they had been taught. America, being the only country in the history of the world conceived in liberty, its citizens were resistant to the ideas conceived in hell of Dewey et al.. Their ideas were like a slow cancer, sometimes in remission, sometimes, like under FDR’s and most of the administrations since, spreading like wildfire. You judge for yourself how far we have come. Pierce, Chase and others enamored with the godless socio-evolutuionary religion that is made up of the teachings of Marx and Darwin, they were doing the same thing as Dewey. Mankind did not stand above his environment as a Steward possessed with reason and charged by God, he was a part of it, (a more "intelligent" beast). However, as Dewey and his ilk see it, some beasts (themselves) they are more "intelligent" than others. The lion would rule the lambs.

Another ingredient to accomplishing the objectives of Socialist Planners is to take local and parental control of the schools away. Here are some statistics outlining the success they have made:

In 1943 there were 109,000 school districts

In 1962 there were 62,000 school districts

In 1992 there were 15,000 school districts

In 1930 83% of government school funding came from the local area.

In 1950 57% of government school funding came from the local area.

In 1990 44% of government school funding came from the local area.

Under Bush’s no child left behind plan, a Kennedy concept, the federal government will and is taking total control. Parents will be paying for it only the funds will have been taken from them by the Federal government using coercive force, with a portion returned for their children’s indoctrination.

Couple the take over of the school districts by centralized government and the power their partners in amoral indoctrination, the Socialist, National Education Association (NEA) has over the type of person who can teach, and use your own imagination as to what the next generation will be/is. You don’t have to use your imagination any more.

There are teachers (indoctrinators) and TEACHERS (educators). The former exist by the thousands; the latter are few and far between.

The term teacher is a self proclaimed label while TEACHER is a title bestowed by others. The TEACHER is one who is in search of truth and to whom, if he or she achieves enlightenment, others of us look for the truth he or she perceives. The TEACHER is a seeker for that which he or she knows not; the teacher is an indoctrinator attempting to

insinuate into the minds of others that which he or she "knows." Bear in mind that learning is a taking from not injecting into process. Every individual is in charge of their own doors of perception and admits only that which they chose.

Louis L’ Amour said… "Up to a point a man’s life is shaped by environment, heredity, and movements and change in the world about him; then there comes a time it lies within his grasp to shape the clay of his life into the sort of thing he wishes to be. Only the weak blame parents, their race, their times, lack of good fortune, or the quirk of fate. Everyone has it within his power to say, this I am today, that I shall be tomorrow. The wish however must be implemented by deeds".

What must be done at the Federal level to improve education? Start by severing the umbilical cord that exists between the Federal education bureaucracy and schools and students by abolishing said federal bureaucracy. Purely from a practical point, does it make sense to give those gluttons for power and profit a $1.00 for education to get back $0.30 or $0.40 for the indoctrination of our youth? That’s about what’s left after the Regulators take their "fees." They are not a substitute for parents. They advocate murdering the unborn. Adolescent girls getting an abortion without parental consent. Children being given condoms instead of being taught moral values. Under the current system of indoctrination, children are wards of the state to be raised according to the value system that will make them accept the role of being productive beasts of burden for the betterment of the state. The state is an opinion functioning outside the bounds of the Constitution and in no way does it want enlightened people walking around who might question that opinion.

Although I’ve mentioned this in other sections, it deserves recognition under the Education title. SR or Stimulus Response is the latest weapon thrust on us in the 20th century. Stimulus Response relates to the function of the midbrain, that part of the brain that reacts to circumstances in either a conscientious manner or a conditioned manner. It has been incorporated into the training of soldiers since the Viet Nam police action and now Iraqi police action to condition them to be able to kill at a rate four times greater than the soldiers in the 2nd World War. Timothy McVeigh’s behavior can be attributed to it. Basically it is the same process that is used to train a pilot to react to an adverse set of circumstances in a positive way without thinking, or a school child to react to a fire alarm, a conditioned reflex if you will. In today’s halls of indoctrination, deviant or horrific acts that would normally be rebuffed, they are being changed into acceptable behavior. You’ve probably all heard about the banana and latex "training" going on and the questions about deviant behavior that are worded as if it was acceptable; asking if you participate in them. The inference is, if you don’t, why not? If you’ve seen the movie "The Manchurian Candidate" it is a prime example of the "education" your children are getting in government schools. Maybe not as assassins but other behavior contrary to every value a nation professing to be "One Nation under God" would consider to be a step toward a higher intellectual and moral standard.

The book, "On Killing" by Lt. Col. Dave Grossman is a one of a kind, exposing from a psychologist perspective, just what is going on in our transition from the model for moral standards for the rest of the world to the purveyor of deviant behavior. It is not a politically correct book. It is a fully documented wake up call. Caution! It is not nice reading.
