Socialism

The mechanism or means which people, joined together in a Society, use to conduct their actions and interactions

From a moral perspective, there are two kinds of Socialism: Voluntary and Involuntary:

VOLUNTARY SOCIALISM is that state of affairs where people, apart from government involvement, care for the needs of the less fortunate. They, out of compassion, give directly to the needy, or indirectly, through such organizations as The Salvation Army, the many church charity programs etc.. Voluntary Socialism was how Americans cared for each other prior to the establishment of the Welfare State which came into being in 1916 with the 16th Amendment / Change to the Constitution. America’s and Americans reputation for giving was unprecedented throughout all of history. The giving was part of the moral teaching Americans received both in schools and places of worship.

INVOLUNTARY SOCIALISM (hereafter referred to as Socialism), is that state of affairs where the Government (A Command Class) is given power over the Lives, Liberties and Properties of the people and uses coercive force to extract and redistribute (after skimming off what it wants) the peoples wealth, ostensibly to aid the needy, but in reality, to purchase allegiance from and power over the people. Giving this power to government is a criminal act in that NO ONE is entitled to give anyone or any body of people, more power over someone else than they legitimately have over them, in the first place. Governments possessed of this power are just as criminal as the people that created them. Involuntary socialism is totally incompatible with the Constitutional Representative Republic our Forefathers gave us.

EQUALITY is not equal distribution of the people’s equity/property as the Socialist

Planners would have us believe (from each according to his ability, to each according to his need. That definition of equality is what gives tyrants their power. Both the people having things taken from them and those on the take give this type of government legitimacy by recognizing it as a source instead of seeing its actions as criminal. Equality is that state of government where all people, regardless of stature, are judged equal under the law and have equal opportunity to gain equity under the law.

LIFE: No man has the right to take another’s life, nor does he have the right to take his own, as, from the beginning, he is the property of his Creator and his existence always was and always will be at His pleasure.

LIBERTY: That state of freedom associated with moral righteousness (Right thinking) as opposed to license, unrighteousness (unright thinking) or legalism, self-righteousness (self-right thinking). It is not freedom in the common sense as freedom merely denotes status.

The moral pursuit of HAPPINESS:

The moral pursuit of PROPERTY…Are they not one and the same?

Consider; our properties consist of ourselves, our thoughts, our words, our wills, our actions that do not infringe on another’s properties, and, real property, that is, anything we attach ourselves to. For example, I go to work and accomplish a service or produce a product. It is my property until my employer honors his contract with me; pays me. I go fishing and catch a fish. I have staked a claim to that which is unclaimed. If we AGREE to exchange properties, whether the properties be thoughts, or words, or wills, or actions, or real properties; this action constitutes a willing exchange between property owners. Some call this the "Pursuit of Happiness" others, "the Free Market." With the exception of a willing exchange, a legitimate claim, or having property forfeited to me or us because of an adversary’s unright or self-right actions; acquiring property will always require the use of unright or self-right coercive force. Also; forcing someone to be an unwilling recipient of my properties: Both are wrong.

Todays Socialism dates back about 170 years and has its roots in a mix of the teachings of Marx and Darwin. It might be called a Socio/Secular/Evolutionary philosophy. Darwin’s studies hinged around the idea of the survival of the fittest in the animal kingdom which, when it is applied to men, gives rise to the idea of a Command Class (the fittest).

Marx thesis is based on a planned economic structure where people are stripped of their status of being Stewards of their environment and regarded as nothing more than a part of their environment; capital (productive) items owned and controlled by the state, along with everything else. A few, the Command Class, run the state according to their own wills and appetites. They are the source of what is right and what is wrong. It is a Godless philosophy to the extent the Command Class see themselves as gods.

BUREACRACY (The source of law by Regulation (Tyranny), as opposed to law by Representation, (Justice).

It is the "legislative" arm of a government practicing Involutary Socialism: Government marked by diffusion of authority among numerous offices and adherence to inflexible rules (zero tolerance) of operation. Any unwieldly administration. Legislation by Representation is replaced by Rules and Regulations emanating from Bureaucracies

Basically, there are two kinds of Involuntary Socialism:

FASCISM (Private ownership, Government control). Everything, from the amount of money a company or individual earns and is allowed to keep, to voluntary agreements between employees and employers, to prices, to work conditions, construction methods, living conditions, child rearing, education, agriculture; everything must have the governments stamp of approval, which can only be had after paying the government for its "services." This is accomplished through taxation, license fees, compliance cost, regulatory penalties and every other means the government uses to extract the wealth of the people to further its agenda, which simply stated is power over and profit from the people. The amount of control the government exercises is based on the people’s ability to resist this intrusion into their Lives, Liberties and Properties. Eventually, life itself must have the governments stamp of approval to continue. Hitler and Mussolini practiced Fascism, (like we are doing in America today) as they felt it was more productive than Pure Socialism. They determined people (capital items) tended to be more productive to the State as they put value in "ownership" even though it is an illusion at best. Think about it. In a way, you could call taxes, license fees, permits received from the government etc., rent payments.

B) PURE SOCIALISM (Government Ownership, Government Control) In this case,

everything is owned by the government, all means of production and distribution, all

means of transportation, housing and everything else you can think of, including the

people. By controlling all Life, Liberty and Property, the government sees people as

capital (a means of production) items. Housing, clothing, medicine and medical care

etc. are allocated to the healthy tax payers while "unproductive people / capital" are

disposed of as the opportunity arises and under whatever horrific terms suits the

Tyrants fancy. Lenin, Stalin, Chairman Mao, Castro, Pol Pot, just to name a few,

practiced, as some of their ilk practice, this type of Socialism. As capitalism is

not a political philosophy, it could be said, socialism is pure capitalism as

human beings are nothing more than capital items. In practice, this is not as "efficient"

as Fascism as the only incentive for anybody to do anything is profit, real or

imagined. Just being allowed to exist and produce as a slave to the state is little

incentive to be genuinely productive. That is why the Communist countries crumbled

internally. It should be noted; Franklin Delano Roosevelt referred to the worst socialist mass murderer history has ever known (Stalin) as "Uncle Joe."

COMMUNISM (INTERNATIONAL PURE SOCIALISM). Communism is Pure Socialism exercised on an International scale. Karl Marx knew that his political philosophy would not work if it was confined to one or more nations so he looked at countries as States. Some States would be in the Communist fold while others would require internal or external coersion or pressures to be brought in. In the Communist world, there exists a Comintern (International World Congress) where leaders of the Communist countries and the operatives in countries targeted to be brought into the fold meet. Sound familiar. The U.S.S.R (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) represented the first countries conquered by Communist. Others, as they were conquered, or turned over to them after the Second World War by Roosevelt et al; they became part of

the body. America was not left out of the grand plan, but it was recognized it would be harder to win over as we were the first and only country to be founded by people enjoying liberty (One nation under God).According to the founding documents, it would be treasonous for political leaders to involve us in political entanglements that would in any way put the Sovereignty of our nation in jeopardy, as they are today. It is interesting to note, Hitler (of Christian descent) was a National Socialist while Marx (of Jewish descendancy) was an International Socialist. A Communist civil war was raging in Germany when Hitler came to power. As a Nationalist, he hated the Communist and blamed all of Jewry for the acts of a few, who, by their actions had denied there heritage.

LIBERALISM…It is not Socialism. Socialist and I’ll say it right up front, they’re Cowards of the lowest order. Due to the tendency of people to resist their agenda, they never identify themselves for what they are until they feel they have the upper hand. Around the turn of the century, when the Socialist movement started in earnest in this country, Liberal was a respected title. Socialist joined the Liberal camp and changed the definition over time. How successful has the Socialist Party been in America, compared to the "liberal" movement? On the other hand, Socialist, by distancing themselves from the Socialist Party and infiltrating parties that had public acceptance, they gain a degree of respectability. They understand the frailties of human nature and are masters of deceit. Different Races, Religions, positions of wealth, employer and employee relationships, codes of morality/amorality etc. etc. are all things they can draw lines of division in and steer the combatants to their agenda. They position themselves as the one you can turn to like a "parent" for help, in situations their policies and actions have created.

Liberalism once defined a proud God fearing people (Liberals) who practiced Constitutional Law and the concept of "Liberty and Justice for All." You might have heard of the phrase "Classic Liberal" as opposed to today’s" Liberal / Democrat / Republican / Socialist." Over a period of time Liberal was redefined to fit the Socialist agenda, much like the Socialist Contemptible Liar Clinton’s redefining "is" and Bush 11’s definition of "truth".

THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, which has become synonymous with the Socialist Party, once recognized the concept of governing "under the Law" as opposed to "being the source of the Law." Like cancer, Socialist infiltrated this once proud party of Andrew Jackson, and have changed it into a tool to perpetrate their crimes on the populous. Real Democrats, like todays James Traficant and Zell Miller have been summarily thrown out of the Party or branded as the enemy.

Others defected to the Republican Party, ignorant of what had happened to the Democratic Party and not recognizing the same cancer was gaining control of the Republican Party. Look at the Socialist agenda of Connecticuts two "Republicans", Shays and Johnson.

Socialist can justify murder in the womb or out of the womb as humans (except themselves) are nothing but capital items. Unlike the outspoken Socialist in the Democratic Party, the Socialist in the Republican Party, frequently called "Moderates",

they simply fail to rebut the Socialist Agenda. As long as their actions are excused with the accusation, "they are afraid to do what is right," they can accomplish their objective of neutralizing the Republicans and continue the Socialist Agenda.

To rebut this, citizens must read and understand the Constitution, including the "amendments" that changed it, and think and act like a Serpent when anyone suggests it be dismissed or changed. The language is not so difficult that you cannot understand it from the heart. It doesn’t require a college indoctrination.

Speaking of infiltration, it was the Conservative Party in England that was infected by

Socialist cancer. Think about it, the difference between "Liberalism" and "Conservatism"

in America today is the degree of "efficiency" Socialist planning of our Society is carried out .

As you may be aware, some of the States are actually COMMONWEALTHS. A Commonwealth is the property of the people. Not any collection of Human Beings brought together in any sort of way, but an assemblage of people in large numbers associated in an agreement with respect to justice and a partnership for their common good. The first cause of such an association is not so much the weakness of the individual as it is the social spirit God has implanted in His Creatures. Man was not created to be a solitary and unsocial being but a Creature whose nature is to enter into a society regardless of prosperity or poverty being his lot. It is a society where the citizens give recognition to their responsibility to be Stewards of their environment as charged by their Creator. Apart from all the rest of God’s creation, they recognize they have been blessed with the ability to reason, and reason, is what they have in common (Commonwealth) with God. Moral reasoning, the backbone of a Commonwealth, extends equal justice to the Prince and Pauper. They give recognition to the principal "all men are created equal." This is not say they all share in the same equity. By confusing equality with equity the Socialist cause division for their own gain. That is, power over and profit from the people.

CONSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC This is the system of

government our Forefathers established for our governance. The Constitution was

written to insure the government would be governed. Elected Representatives

were confined by the Constitution to insuring the Lives, Liberties and Properties

of the citizens would be protected as their own. It carries with it the potential for

failure and the potentials for reward for ones successes. The Economic conditions

the Constitution guaranteed would be called a Free Market. I wish I could find a

simple example in our own society of the Free Market but that is getting more and

more difficult. President Reagan’s deregulating the airlines comes to mind.

Consider what happened. Airlines, lacking government protection, they had to

compete for passengers. The cost of flying dropped dramatically. Airlines that

weren't practicing efficiencies necessary to be competitive went by the wayside.

New Airlines came on and continue to come on the scene. The winner, the

consumer and businessmen giving passengers the best service for the best price.

This form of government offers opportunity, not security from your own failures.

The Buyer (You) left alone without the intrusion of government regulations, You are merciless to Producers. Consider, every time You make a purchase, You cast a vote. There are winners and losers. To get Your vote, the Producer must give You the best in goods and services they have to offer at the right price or go out of business.

This process, like life, only requires working together toward a common end, responsible production for responsible consumption. It requires recognition that consumption cannot be greater than production and at the same time, creates the stimulus for production, consumption. Production must stimulate a will (profit) to consume and consumption must stimulate a will (profit) to produce. Because there are no limits to the rewards of achievement, or who receives the rewards, the spiral toward doing it better never ceases.

Security, the dog at the end of the leash syndrome, gives way to the pursuit of excellence.

EVERYBODY WINS.
